More Than 300 Industry Professionals Gather for First State of the Industry Summit

The April 13 meeting of the general membership and State of the Industry Summit was a sell-out event with more than 300 industry professionals in attendance.

Scott Davis of Meyers Research led a panel discussion with insightful conversation about the Dallas area housing market’s challenges and opportunities. The panel was made up of leading industry professionals including: Rob Paul of Toll Brothers, a national volume builder; Justin Webb of Altura Homes, a regional volume builder; Frank Murphy of Wynne/Jackson, a local land developer; and Michael Turner of Classic Urban Homes, a Dallas area custom builder.

Lake Coulson, the vice president of government affairs for the National Association of Home Builders, spoke on how President Trump’s first 100 days in office has impacted the housing market.
